Use of data
The data you provide directly is used for the purpose of re-contacting you and/or processing your request. "Web analytics" data is collected anonymously (by recording anonymous IP addresses) by Google Analytics and allows us to measure our website traffic, views, and any errors in order to constantly improve the user experience. This data is used by Bloo...m, the data controller, and will never be transferred to a third party or used for purposes other than those detailed above.
Legal basis
Personal data is only collected after the user's mandatory consent. This consent is validly obtained (buttons and checkboxes), and is free, clear, and unambiguous.
Retention period
Data will be saved for a maximum period of 10 years.
